Is there an easy way to adjust the ipd offset whilst in VR and have the headset on. It is nearly impossible to do it with having the headset on unless I’m missing something as you can’t see the screen in front of you to click on the right places
any advice would be appreciated

On the OG there is the rocker switch on the top left of the unit you just press either in or out and it adjusts. I think you need to have auto ipd off though..it’s been a while since I used it
Thanks but I am using the Crystal Super not the OG - it’s almost impossible to do without taking the headset off and on which really defeats the object of IPD adjustment through the app which you can’t actually see without removing the headset !
I had requested something like this as well. I think it would be very useful.
It would be a godsend for us to be able to do this inside the headset
Not sure if this will work, but try using the Desktop View feature to access Device Settings, then adjust the IPD offset from there.
Also a sort of test image would be great when adjusting IPD.
apparantly there is test image, when you change ipd there will show vertical lines in middle of vision which you use to verify you can properly focus on them
There is one when you adjust the IPD, but the image might not stay on screen for very long.
Yes but it does not stay up, it would be nice to have that stay up while we can adjust it.
I’m using keys. If you click no the slider if becomes active. Now you can click left-right arrows on keyboard to change values by ±0.1
You just go in you’re headset then push the button on the controller then on the window that opens where you are were you can choose desktop on the desktop open device settings the go back to the other window and you can also click on the + it’s inside a small rectangle and then it says add new window and choose device settings and voila you can change everything from inside you’re headset Super easy
