Almost a year has passed and i’m still with this issue: 8kx Yellow/green LED no display and not recognized by Piplay - Pimax Hardware / P2: 8kX - OpenMR | Community
Any idea how to fix it?

Is your 8kX a 2075 or 2076 serial?
Did you give Quorra your email? Or get a ticket number?
I’d suggest filing a support ticket, and our tech team will reach out to you shortly. They’ll most likely assist you in reflashing the firmware, as it may be corrupted and could be causing the connection issue.

Yes, I submitted it a year ago—ticket number 74408. I gave my email to Quorra, and he said he’d check with support, but I haven’t heard anything since.

Noted. I assume the ticket hasn’t been closed, or have you submitted a new one?
Also, if you have another cable available, please try using that.
tried another cable, powered hub.. everything…
maybe the log file can help
