Where is my headset? i cannot track it

Hi.

@Pimax-Support , you noticed at the top of this forum how can i request support

But any method does not works.

i sent e-mails to support@pimaxabdabadb~ but never got reply.

i tried to contact via support page but i can not sign up. chg email, pw, name… nothing works.

Ive got an email about my tracking number at Feb/19

Tracking number: 435472854946
Carrier: FedEx

I can not track my headset.

My friend and other 60 people who receive track number same day, they are already got own headset.

I know there track numbers. I try all 62 number and only my number was missing.

where is it???

I have a tracking number that is not listed… so your not alone

Same thing here, received tracking number Feb 19, but it hasn’t appeared on FedEx yet. There are plenty of people on reddit who are in the same boat.

EDIT: It’s now showing “Shipment information sent to FedEx”, so slowly getting there.

me and my friend also have the same issue! im guessing most of us are Australian / New Zealand backers?

Well I just received my tracking number so I will see if there is anything to track tomorrow .

Same issue here but no tracking # email was provided for my two headsets (8K and 5K+) backer # 4080 - whats going on @Pimax-Support??? Your tracking spreadsheet showed one of two was shipped to me then next week it was gone but no emails received…
