After all this is the general update discussion topic. I have been trying to get this question answered for weeks now, for myself and for others. Photos of the comfort kit in the boxes were promised (by @PimaxQuorra) but not produced, so I’m just following up on that.
I fully agree with you that any confusion about missing HMDs should have a far higher priority for Pimax than any confusion about comfort kits; however, both issues should be (re-)raised to keep them on the table. Straight answers are hard enough to get even when everybody is fully aware of the question.
