Apparently they advertised a larger size than the actual product; their defense rest solely on a proprietary method of measurement, where the diameter of their buns isn’t 2xr but 2.5xr. Insiders claim this accusation is entirely unwarranted as everybody in the industry does it, diameter and radius are very subjective in the first place and customers will always be experiencing different burger bun proportions depending on how close they hold the burger to their face.
BK also announced that they are currently ‚anticipating to soon start considering the eventual development of a potential product‘ which another insider refers to as ‚project small tray‘ which will be made available to a select group of BurgerKingians.
Industry experts aren’t prepared to be quoted publicly but behind closed doors we have been informed that there are rumours of a ‚rush to market‘ and full-paying customers are apparently named ‚idiotic guinea pigs‘ inside BK‘s R&D department.
Sounds very similar to Seagate during the capacity of Hard drives. As there advertised capacities never lined up.with OS or Ram sticks.
I am curious though with Wendy’s. The pic shows bigger burgers however they state weight before cooked. And of course they use square burgers.
Keep me informed as these kinds of litigations can gain everyone at a min pocket change.
Not long ago go a free no proof required iirc the amount basic credit cheque for $40 for having XP and the like. Could have had more with proof of purchases for multiple computers.
Long before that received $20 a basic amount for memory chips apparently over sold that were used in Earlier DVD players and PS2.
Even received $20 gift card for Sobey’s as apparently a couple of years they were said to have sold loafs of bread for a higher priced than allowed? lol
Over the year McDee and BK have sold me many burgers.
Watched this video again to try and clarify my thoughts on this. I’m thinking if anyone is considering becoming a crystal demonstrator and I haven’t ruled this out myself then surely borrowing a crystal from Pimax is a better option than purchasing one.
Prospective customers will obviously choose the demonstrator who is only charging $10 compared to owners charging possibly $50.
Not to mention all the wear & tear becomes Pimax’s problem who will I’m sure have to replace or repair the unit if it stops working.
Personally I don’t see this as a way to earn money but rather a fun way to share your hobby with your expenses being covered and receiving a ‘free’ crystal to use in your own time.
