I have tested it by wearing it at the chest and i used it for A , S and D movements.

There is no mouse assignment yet . Only keystroke assignment.

They are very sensitive though you can lower or increase their sensitivity.  
I wish they could allow to lower even more the sensitivity so that to have a keystroke , we have to do wider movenents and wear it on other parts of the body different than the head. It would help
