Thanks man I slept for 12 hours straight today lol…

Yep. The strange thing is that when I go PiTool 1.5 (higher resolution) then GPU spikes at 85-90% so it seems that Its the simulator or maybe PiTool not being optimized yet…

I have searched for scenes in your videos where a cpu limit can be excluded as far as possible. Unfortunately laptop.

Regarding low gpu utilization: maybe rendering is synchronized with the panel refresh. A rendering that finishes early (or went over the deadline) waits until next frame sync to start rendering next frame.

Any plans to test Zero Killed? Its just hit early access but is shaping up very nicely.

I can no longer restrain myself from asking. Swedeklerk?

I know that you’ve already spent a lot of time on your BoS test, but would it be possible to have a feedback on fps impact of my VR BoS mod with the Pimax 5k+ or 8k ? I can no more fly without it, it has very few fps impact with the Pimax 4k but things may go worse with higher resolution…

Damn I totally forgot that mod, thanks for the reminder! I think I will save it for the RTX +IL2 video though

I wanted to start Il2 yesterday for the first time but the picture looked twisted…something like 3D SBS picture when left and right is not overlaping correctly. I tryed to find some parameter in setting (using one eye only) but could not find anything. I am sure it is some easy thing I need to setup somewhere.

Please guy help

I think you have to check the field ā€œCompatible with parallel projectionsā€ in the PiTool.

I checked it…but did not restart steamvr. I have to try it today once again. Is there in the game a parameter which might fix it?

No, I don`t know any setting in the game, which could fix that. But it will be worth trying again, after you checked the field in PiTool and restarted.

It was that…it needed steam VR restart. So the cause was unchecked ā€œparalel projectionā€. Now it runs perfectly.

Thak you
