Support password reset automated email reply

I finally got a reply to my repeated requests to reset my support password.

Could one of you guys please take a look at this. You can use SUPEN-2028 to reference my email address. Either provide a reset password or delete my email address from the server so I can create a new account please. I would appreciate if you also let me know the outcome here as well. Thanks.

did you get something from your email?

@Doman.Chen (see the image attached above) that is the new email I received when I used my email address in the reset password field of the support page. It is exactly the same as the last one. There is no link to reset the password provided in the email.

Doman to receive the reply it goes to ones Email address. I have the same response.

Your Jira admin needs to enable resets.
