Anyone else have the same issue? My pimax crystal super screws from headset keeps getting loose. It also happens that the whole thing came apart.
Yes had it happen 2 times had to get more screws from Pimax I did not have the size I put lock tight on it, will see if that hold up(on UW)

The first time this happened, the headstrap pulled a wire out, when it sprang apart and the screw hit the floor.
The second time, a part actually broke and I needed guidance from Pimax on how to replace it.
Part of the solution from Pimax was longer screws than the original, with thread sealant already on them. Without thread sealant, there would not have been any hope of a reliable repair.
Subsequently, I have had to tighten the screws again, but at least this “solution” seems to slow down progression of the problem.
Credit to the Pimax support team though; they tried hard to help with this, which resulted in a successful conclusion.
Yes, same problem, the screw keeps loosening… Pimax excels at developing new in-house technologies, but in terms of overall design, comfort, and build quality, the brand is far from matching high, medium-end helmets, in my opinion. I hope that in the future, Pimax will strive to offer products that are 99% complete instead of simply following new technologies by releasing a new helmet every year, each with minor design flaws.
I like my UW for its technology, but not for its comfort or the way it fits my face. The HP G2 and the Oculus Rift CV1 fit my face perfectly and were more comfortable.
Buy a little blue lock tight, Its not very expensive and will help stop your screws backing out.
