Please sell Spare parts in your store. Namely the Dp Cable. Its the one main peripheral that seems to be causing the greatest amount of trouble for both the user and the pimax support team. I would gladly pay above cost price should i need another cable down the line. This also allows support to be freed up by not having to deal with the endless broken pins and snowy dots tickets etc that flood in. it benefits us all. And on a financial side, it would net a nice revenue for pimax.
I do agree there should be a spare parts store… Especially as they will be releasing LH, controllers, hand motion controllers etc soon! But at this stage during the release to backers and pre orders the cable should be ‘right’ straight out of the box, so if they are faulty or damaged then a replacement should be provided free of charge.
I also think a spares store for all of the devices including all models including non-pimax devices that pimax offers as part of their offerings should happen… I.e Valve 2.0 LH, or if they get round to it, silicone hmd protection.
Received, i will highlight this requirement again. We have already decided to sell these accessories on Amazon, it will help backers to get these accessories easier
