I sent mails to preorder@pimaxvr.com and sales@pimaxvr.com and also opened ticket 16380 the same day i ordered to cancel order p125261.
I never got an answer and today i get a mail saying the order is being shipped.
If it is still possible please stop the shipment and refund me.
If its already to late for that i would like to send it back and then get a refund.
So im gonna need a return label.
