I will be waiting for a 3080 with more RAM (3080ti? ). 1080ti might be ok for the beginning as even with lowered resolution 8kx apparantly still looks much better than 5kx or 8k.
and for the eye tracking it looks as some time will be needed until this unit/module works like we imagine.

So theoretically, they could have sent it with proper wrapping. never mind, as long as 8kx delivery doesn’t get delayed any further

Mine has had that since I ordered, except it’s in Chinese. Based on what mine says - 上海成品仓 - I would guess that SH-WH stands for “Shanghai Warehouse”.

I just received an email with my tracking number and it’s also on the store page! 
Pre-ordered on Jan 14th. It’s just a label at the moment, I’ll let you guys know when it ships.

Please do, I suspect my order is seriously screwed up and not moving beyond label created, I know it’s not shipped as fedex usually send me a txt about parcel incoming but not this time.

So my sales order is SO4684 (Backer Upgrade). I ordered on 31 Oct 2019 but in Nov 2019 I asked for an upgrade to the DMAS. So I accept this would have moved me down the queue and I have been waiting patiently. I have had an entry in my Sales Order page showing this since the 31 Aug 2020.

Clicking on it downloads a PDF with the same date and Standard Shipping-Box(Base on Weight)-A. I assume this is my shipping details but as yet I have had no tracking and it has been shipping for just over 2 weeks.
Is this my tracking and how do I track it?
Is this an actual notification my item has shipped?
Not being impatient but would like clarity.

I don’t think it is your tracking because mine has shown something like that for as long as I can remember.
Well that is unfortunate. As per usual the Pimax communications are nothing short of atrocious.

Hi! I suggest you to ask directly at pimax service when yours will be shipped and to send you the tracking number. I did so as still no tracking number on shop account/order like @NextGenVR got/shows here, but got one sent to my mail address.

Agreed and it helps clarify why Pimax are unfortunately seen as a joke outfit by most VR enthusiasts and Youtubers.

Like I said I have been waiting patiently and the latest update I got was Sept. So was just asking if the entry in my order was a shipping notice as I had assumed it was. I will log a ticket with support for an update.

I’m from Slovakia (close to Germany), it was FedEx. From the attached document it seems the parcel was shipped 4.9.2020 and I got email to proceed with customs at 15.9. So probably bit more than 5 days but considering all the Covid craze it is perhaps still good time.
Might also depend on price, I paid $120 for shipping (yes, lot more than what I am used to).
