Sloppy and unresponsive!

30 days since the first notification that my Pimax is ready for shipment. My account status is still unfulfilled. After a couple of communication, I was asked again to confirm the address although I did that before. There was no update since then and no reply to email. I really hoped them and supportive of their initiative. But starting to regret now. I am trying to still be supportive but I am slowly losing my temper. When someone sees an email request, how long does it take to check the current status and solve the problem? simply sending a useless mail after clarifications of clear points feels like just want to drag the shipment. Really sloppy and unresponsive!
