hi to all i bi having trouble i try all but i can get pimax people to answer this i need to sand my 5kplus back do to tracking problem i forget my password from pimax support i try to reset the password and dis is what i get
Password resetting is disabled for your user name.
Please ask your Jira Service Desk administrator to enable password resets.
I’m having the same issue. Pimax support does not send me an email to change my password. I’ve checked my spam folder but there is no response from them at all.
