How can i get this replaced? I have a crack in the housing which is causing a small light bleed
I know 2 others that had a similar issue with early headsets i read somewhere that there were bad housings on the very first batches

Still no response. How long does this usually take?
Also, I also posted about the Cushion on it being too thin and I read on the forums that I can request to get the thicker face cushion, and I got no response - it’s been over a week…
Lastly, I have the velcro off the rubber face plate coming apart where the nose area is. I can try to glue it back on, but any time I take off the current face cushion foam off of it, it’s picking up the velcro off the face plate part with it, and soon the glue wont hold it at all. I can take pictures of that as well if need be.
I’ve been using the face cushion foam from my HTC Vive Pro, because the one that came with it was too thin and very uncomfortable to use.
I have checked your question and upload the pictures in your question.
