Is there anyway to get my Pre-order shipment address changed. I just moved recently and i need it sent to my new address (whenever it ships). I tried to login into support but couldn’t and I also went through the contact us but got a generic response. My Preorder number is P123169 and my new address should be under my Pimax Account details. Thank you.

I sent an email to the address you gave me, but they didn’t do what i requested them to do they just had me reset my account password and didn’t change my shipping address. I don’t know what to do now. Here’s picture of the emails they sent me.
