Makes me wonder how much they cheaped out on shipping. Honestly makes me feel bad for the next batch of people getting their tracking numbers thinking they will get their headsets before the end of the year.
They are supposed to be using DPD in the UK and they ae not cheap…
Ok given that response from them, it is most likely currently sitting in US customs.
The message from SF Express saying it passed customs was Chinese customs…

Yeah I think we all have the same tacking number. The pallet of headsets passed customs on the 19th as aesopfabled mentioned. They are just taking forever to send out the actual headsets individually from the warehouse in Cleveland.
Here’s to hoping they’ve already shipped them from Cleveland and they will arrive within the next couple days.
Mine has also been stuck in Cleveland since the 22nd =/

Hmm it could be Cleveland, North Dakota. USPS lets you track any packages that are scheduled to be delivered to your house. There is a package that’s expect be delivered on the 29th to my house which shipped from North Dakota. Could be just an Amazon package though.
Can you link to where this is possible? I have never seen the option to track via address (only via tracking number)
If you register on usps.com and go to to the informed delivery tab it will show you all mail that is scheduled to be delivered to your house.
If you can’t find it use this link after logging in informeddelivery.usps.com
Welp the item came early, and it wasn’t the Pimax…Guess it wont be until next week till they send it to the 2nd carrier and then we have to wait another 3+ days.

Another useless day come and going with no delivery or latent tracking numbers. So much for that 10-12 days from China to doorstep junk. Looks like the USA will suffer more than that, ಥ_ಥ

Lol I’m just hoping that they come directly into Canada and not through the US. Because of the postal strike here they are saying that many packages coming across the border may not make it to their destination until March…
I believe I did warn everyone that the HMDs could end up sitting in US Customs for 2+ weeks about a month ago…
It’s torture, to think it’s just sitting in a warehouse somewhere in Cleveland for a week now.
I keep having to repeat this but my package went through customs in 1 day. Confirmed out of customs.
I just don’t understand a logistics company having a package, and either a, not having an actual date of delivery or b, not disclosing tracking info.
I’ve worked for logistics before, this is basically unheard of.
