Hello Pimax team,

I am writing to you because I would like to cancel my order P123533 of a Pimax 5K plus I did the 01/02/2019.

Indeed I don’t have a laptop with sufficient capabilities today and I can’t order an other one for the moment.

So please, can you cancel this order, and proceed to a refund?

You should probably either write to preorder@pimaxvr.com or create a support ticket using their ticketing system at http://feedback.pimaxvr.com

FYI - Account is separate from forum and shop so if You haven’t already You need to create a new user.
