Plan to support ~70Hz mode to gain better performance in GTX1080 or below

After done some investigation, we thought we might provide a ~70Hz mode to gain better performance while still can maintain good MTP value in current generation GPU ( GTX1070 or GTX1080 )

any comments and suggestion are always welcome!

Is this the only additional mode that will be supported or added? What about 60Hz etc?

Also, is there any empirical testing (by either Piamx or the Three PiMaxateers) to showcase the performance gains such a mode provides for the 5k+ and the 8k?
