Hello, my pre order is 108X (france). since the order I have not received any message or email to have an address confirmation, or shipping confirmation etc. they do not answer me when I ask if it was shipped. for the moment I remain very polite but I do not like to be taken for a fool and be without answer. my patience has limits. I also work in the trade and I will never leave a customer without an answer and in ignorance by giving him evatives answers. if at the end of February I have no news I cancel everything with paypal and I will take the oculus rift S, with them I have not had any problem, their after-sales service has been very reactive. Mine took 24 hours before it was active on the FedEx website.
Mine was updated on Tuesday the 12th (Shipping information received by FedEx) and hasn’t updated since though.

I was in the same situation. Latest spreadsheet still says “on the way to warehouse” and I got my tracking number this morning.
Does seem like they screwed up with 79 orders though.

So what plans have you made to prevent your freight forwarding partners from developing their own plans again when all the other accessories are shipped?
It sounds like you have no control over them, so how will you be able to guarantee that they will treat backers as priority next time?

Well, over a week now with no response to this useless Fedex number. Can someone please respond to the status of 5K (and 8K) still in the Hong Kong warehouse. What the frack is the hold up?
