Unless they changed things. So that’s a big problem when you’re buying something that’s only half baked, like the Crystal
I have better familiarity with Canada consumer laws to which here it seems Quebec has some extra protections vs other parts of canada. But warranty wise 1 year min here.
Getting refunds csn be different as most here are typically 30 days in store.
Warranty is usually getting things replaced or repaired.
As you said you once lived there you likely have some familiarity with consumer protections at least from the time period you lived there.
I just know you have greater protection vs importing.

Still not great situation. But the screws shouldn’t be tightened much as the magnetic system has been said to be decent. So check screws should only be minimally tight.
