Pimax Crystal Light Head set expired?

Hi, I purchased a christal Light from ebay, and am getting a message in Pimax play saying that the headset has expired? I take it that the trial period had expired and that the trial period expired and ther is outstanding money owed? How do I get rid of the message and start using the headset? Thanks

who sold you the headset didnt pay the full subscription. I guess you have to contact the support and pay the remaining part.

Just had the same thing happen. My Amazon purchase was on a page where there were listings for both full payment and 2 payment choices. Despite paying full price the headset locked out and asked for more money through Piplay. Contacted Pimax’s Amazon VIP channel through support yesterday and they contacted me today to say they will have there tech fix my hmd today. Awaiting tech contact today.

Just follow up Pimax fixed my problem in 1 day as promised. Thx Celine and the Pimax Amazon VIP support group.

The Pimax Crystal Light headset seems to have reached its product support expiration. druggies may witness reduced updates or bond content. It’s still a important VR device, but newer models or firmware might offer better features and performance now.youtube vanced

There will be an upcoming update for the Crystal Light series that improves the tracking algorithm, reduces controller jitter, and optimizes CPU utilization.

34 days after purchase (4 over the Amazon exchange of 30 days) my Crystal Light died. no power what so ever
