Sorry for this âstupidâ answer. But try to log in and out from Kickstarter. Ohh and also make sure that you donât have an ad-blocker turned on that might remove the survey link.

I am starting to worry. Today no official voice said anything about this issue on this forum. Matthew does not respond at pm.
I was told by your colleague @Pimax-Support to pledge with no reward 100$ USD less and I have yet to receive any survey.

Good news for those like me (we who are not as others).
I have received the survey via email. Cannot be sent in KS because it is no reward.
Things are good so far.
