Piamx Crystal PimaxPlay errors

In PimaxPlay versions newer than 1.43.4 I have big problems with battery life, and stability is why I am not upgrading to a newer one.
The device’s power supply is not working properly.
On top of that, I have had PimaxCrystal almost since its launch.
The firmware and PimayPlay are not stable yet. Eye tracking usually crashes after 10-20 minutes and the device restarts, with the tracking in Pimax Play automatically turning off.
In each new version of Pimax Play, some bug is solved and another bug appears, even the one that was there before.
For example, 1.43.4 is more stable and does not drain the battery, but the aforementioned eye tracking is buggy and after taking off the glasses and putting them on, the screen with the eye spacing settings gets stuck. So I can’t praise the developers in any way.
I was sent a bad connection cable of terrible quality from the manufacturer, after a complaint I received a new one of much better quality.
The valve index I had before didn’t have a single problem with anything and everything was reliable.
Since buying Pimax Crystal, I’ve been solving one problem after another and I have a pretty decent machine: Asrock X870E Taichi - AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
32 GB RAM
ASUS RTX 4090
Windows11
Why doesn’t everything work as it should after such a long time?
And where is the promised Wifi streaming and new firmware?
Will Pimax Crystal ever work as it should, or are you only focusing on new versions?

Have you reached out to our tech support regarding the eye-tracking issue?

We’ve tested the headset across all patches to ensure its features are working as intended. If the eye tracking stops working after some time, it could be related to USB.

As for WiFi AirLink, we’ve rolled it out to users for testing. If you’re interested, feel free to send me a DM.

Also, we’re not focusing solely on the new model—we are still releasing WiFi AirLink firmware and continuing to debug issues found in the OG Crystal.

The PerAppRuntimeBroker program from Pimax Play gives the wrong permissions under Windows 11. I had to find out through the event manager and tried to fix it. The problem I have with it most often concerns passthrough. Since I changed the permissions, it works better. I also edited the Windows registry “EnableFrameServerMode”. It’s a job for experienced users.
I switched to the version: PimaxPlaySetup_Release_ToC_V1.43.3.214_202512111529.exe.
It seems to be more stable and the battery lasts a long time, the problem with passthrough is there, but it lasts much longer.
As I wrote what I tried, the latest versions drained my batteries excessively and the device mysteriously turned itself off.
I don’t want to try beta versions much, I have expensive hardware for that, so I risk damaging it, and the published version of Pimax Play comes to me as a beta version, if it can’t take care of the rights and check full functionality.
I don’t want to address things specifically with support, this way it will help a larger group of people with the same problems.
