Correction, packing up a few peoples dream air.
This is why the community is pissed with Pimax. You say its coming but wont say when. You wont provide an estimate on how long you expect it to take to get through the backlog or how big the backlog is. If I buy a Dream air right now, when would I expect to receive it, what is the lead time? This should be readily available information on the website before purchasing.
From what I can tell via community driven information, nobody who has made a purchase in the past 5 months has received a confirmation or any information for that matter. Very shady. You would make more money in the long run if you were honest with your customers and the community felt like they could trust you.

I have ordered and paid for the Dream Air lighthouse version on 08 January 2026.
Have not heard a word from Pimax concerning the delivery. Going by their vague delivery schedule it should have been sent out in March. Now it is April and still nothing.

For your order, my best estimate would be late April. We’re currently fulfilling backlog pre-orders, and production has been ramping up recently. We expect hundreds of headsets to be produced each week.
I know there haven’t been many reviews or updates from users who’ve received it, but that doesn’t mean we’ve only shipped a small number of units.

Hi, if it helps, I switched my order from CS M-OLED to Dream on 19th Jan. I was told by Customer Services via the website that in doing so that my order would have to go to the back of the queue, which I accepted.
I checked in again on 24th March - they created a ticket, and told me then that I can expect an update (not a delivery!) late March - early April, and that a specific CS person would be tracking my order and provide that update.
So now, as always with Pimax, let’s see how much the marketing and CS communication actually matches up to the actions. I will wait and see when I get this update, being early April already, and from there, when I get an actual delivery estimate - and whether there is any chance this thing arrives by late April, as Pimax claim should be the case for all pre-orders ![]()
I know what to expect by now, so if it slips I will be neither surprised nor upset hehe, and will carry on with my 8KX until then.
