I think that since two or three meetups have already been done in Dec. in Holland and Germany, it makes no sense at all to choose these countries for the next meetups again, central/southern Europe, Spain and Northern EU nations would be more suitable places besides allowing other people on the continent to participate and discover the new headsets.

Agreed. I don’t know about dedicated London VR centres, perhaps a place like DNAVR could help out. https://www.dnavr.co.uk/. I don’t have any experience of them but happy to ask.
Plenty of small-medium venues available for hire so something in budget with enough space, furniture, and power shouldn’t be a problem, but not sure how we could rig up enough basestations etc without a lot of volunteers bringing their own kit and willing to loan it out for a day or two?
If needed I can offer a high end PC for 5k+ (i9-9900k 2080 Ti etc), two TM HOTAS setups, ProTubeVR stock with Index magcups etc

I can try and hook something up with R.A.V.E.N. In Zaventem, Belgium 
They have an impressive VR arcade with all the hardware and accomodations you could need and they are like 10 mins from the airport
Not sure if they would want to do this, but I do know the owner a little (I have demo’ed my own 5K+ there once in the past) so I do think there’s a good chance they would do it. Let me know if you would like me to ask!
Of course I could be there all day to help out as well ^.^

Ditto. I have just found another London VR centre that could help out, as with the other one they have SteamVR setups and familiar games.

Yes the flu has a tendency to do that. Rest up and take an extra dose of Vitamin C. Being sick often makes us testy.

Your welcome. Traveling all over can be very hard on the body with all the time shifting and environmental changes. Take sometime for yourself. We need this down time to refresh and become new again. 
If we focus on worrying about the future too much we fail to enjoy the present.
