My Dilemma regards PC and 8k in different rooms

Hi guys! :slight_smile:

Ok, I have my PC in my loft with a 1080ti… When I had my vive I ran a 15m high quality cable from my outside loft wall, downstairs to my lounge, connecting a USB and HDMI cable to the vive box.

As a super last resort I could buy another PC case and bring downstairs and place behind my TV as that’s the only way to keep Mrs happy… it would be alot of trouble! And expense.

Do you see any possible way I could buy sometype of usb HDMI box to plug the same cables from loft to downstairs? Then connect the 8k to?. The 15m HDMI cable is 2.0 startech.

I know it’s hard to completely say as 8k isn’t out and they dont have a vive type box as standard.

Your advice?

No, it will be display port 1.4 and double display port for X version.
