This being said i like Pithon from dr cube and Picon from tapek and siberdt’s Pimarx as they stay in line with the naming convention of pimax itself

i think these kinds of suggestions are very good because they will have direct and accurate feedback results from googling in the future, and are short and snappily named.

With the current look, I think the most catchy thing is Bangles.

If pimax 8k rebrand to be pimax sky (may be duplicate with wearality sky).
You will have sky1 and sky1+ (8kx) , I think “fov” is a strong point of selling than resolution because the competitor will tell that their display is better, may be real 8k, 12k in the future.

And if you make the 2 version of boxset (stick and trackpad), may I make the “sun” (stick) and “moon” (trackpad). And I will wait the “Eclipse” version (combine of stick and trackpad).

Or if I reference name from legendary, may be I use “Unicon” which come from “Unicorn”, may I call my “con” for the short name.

If I reference from weapon name, I like
“spatar” (look strong) or “spear” (think of vive wands), but should think of marketing because facebook will think that this is real weapon and delete by system automatically sometimes.

Other name I like “Magnum” and may I use “Magnum1” for thumbstick and “Magnum2” for trackpad.

At last @deletedpimaxrep1 I recommend that you should have internal vote in the organization before and have the last 10 choices for member to vote, so people can focus on little choices. And you can think about marketing plan for each name and check about right (lisense, copy right) too.

I would like to call them ‘Wave’ controllers.

Not only does the tracking ring look like a Wave but the act of waving is also a universal gesture for saying hello which is one of the primary functions of the new controllers.

Congratulations to the Pimax team on a great design can’t wait to get my hands on them and start waving to my friends and family in VR.
