# Is the Pimax 8KX cable out of stock?

I’m having trouble turning on my Pimax 8KX. During installation I connect the DP cable, but the setup program does not detect the VR headset, despite its light being on. I think it’s a problem in the DP cable. I’m looking online for a replacement cable, but everywhere I go I get an out of stock message.

Is this cable really out of stock or am I just looking in the wrong places on the internet? If it is out of stock, is there an estimate of when it will be back in stock?
