I paid $700 to this company more than 2 months ago and they dont want to ship my product or guive me my money back.
I feel insult as a consumer, you can´t make a consumer wait that much for something tha is already paid.
I´ll never buy a product from Pimax again

Next 2 weeks??? How do you know that, every time i ask for a shipping date they just say “you have to wait“ again and again
That is a guess. Mozi will be able to give a better answer once looks into your pre order number. There are still backers waiting on receiving their headsets & have been waiting longer. 10m in the forum is not waiting for a response.
Mozi has just taken over this area & can likely help you get resolution but will need time to do so. At a guess probably receive a response soon or by tomorrow.
