HL:ALYX has not shown up in my library, and it’s store page is still saying I need to pay for it…
At this point, I have absolutely no faith in getting it for free, despite everything Pimax has told us.
I’m not a backer and I grabbed the controllers back in October so I managed to visit these 2 environments this morning.

I’m thinking it has to show up in your library first. Bought my ICs from Valve so shows in my library as un-installed with Coming Mar 23 2020 where PLAY will appear.
Store shows “In Library”.

Yeah. So I’m calling BS on Pimax and the “it’s just going to magically show up” statement. There has to be a way or process to link the index to your steam account. If it was just about plugging in a controller to a computer one time then everyone could borrow controllers and get it for free.
Im Anticipating a complete $&@(-storm on here on the 23rd when all us Pimax users are locked out of the game we were ‘apparently’ getting for free

This was the tipping point in my decision to get controllers from Pimax instead of Valve. They need to make this right, ASAP.
@PimaxQuorra, please provide instructions to set this up correctly.
