It’s actually only 1.2m. Sad part is It won’t work with the only sim game I play so now I need to change wheel. Project cars is good on compatibility. You should be good to go with that setup

If you won’ted a wheel just for that game get this wheel it’s cheap and not bad not as good as yours but it will do the job I only paid 130 for it

That room I’m in on the pic is the living room side room it’s as wide as my desk and there is a tumble dryer 2 foot behind me lol it’s only a 2 bed house . I’m trying to buy a 3bed then 1 room will be a vr room

Mate if your playing driving games it doesn’t matter where you are when you put on a headset. Do you have a garage? You could use it for room scale? We carpet tiled ours for cheap. Makes a good 3rd room

Nice rig ! Unfortunately it’s not about your wheel, DR is really a bitch about compatibility, don’t even support a T300, and only Oculus is supported by default regarding headsets, codemasters really don’t care about…

If it’s the only driving game you like, maybe you should consider selling your TS-XW and find an used supported wheel, there are a lot of them around lately of the older models…

Oh ! And BTW…Dirt Rally 2.0 is expected to come out on Feb 2019 , but still no word about VR support.

Do you have the plans for that seat setup by any chance? I would been very keen to see them. Also what price do you want for the wheel? My son is looking for one for Xmas but they are too pricy new.

The seat I just put together over time. I run custom build for an exhibition company so we have the profiles in stock. Its much lighter and cheaper than the machine bed extrusion system most people use for DIY rigs. You cut to length and drill a hole each end for the claw locks. There’s a lot of custom work in the seat brackets, shiftier and mouse pad tops

Funny you ask about the wheel. I was just on the Fanatec site about to order a wheel set and have it shipped to Youshop freight forwarding Oregon (NZ Post). The thrust master Sparco mod is a nice wheel I just cant use it to play dirt rally on PC. I have been using it for a month to play Forza 7 on Xbox. Was about to list it on Trademe for $1200. Usually $1400 RRP. Could probably do it for $1100

Yeah looking forward to Dirt 2. I saw them demo it with the TS-XW and assumed it would work for the original game
