i have tried a lot with my 5k+ and i never found a way where poles/walls are straight and floors don’t wobble when moving the head (center and lower center of vision), i can’t use it for about 1/2 hour and then i gets funny
one can guess that pimax does not care as you are a customer already that way and you can not so easily refund from anywhere in the wold in china, you will be bound to chinese law
maybe they have a fundamentally different understanding of making business
you can assume some ill intent after all this time, there are things like the broken housings, they told backers to wait and implied they where planning a service center in us and europe to shorten the 2-3 month turn around times when repairing/exchanging and after waiting long enough it was announced that the 1 year warranty is over and thats it
about half or two 3rd of the 5k+ where send out without checking the alignment of the panels properly and they never offered any help or service to check that or even correct the faulty units, they just silently added a step in production and thats it - they seem not to have a problem with a bad reputation and unsatisfied customers
