I recently received my pimax and I notice 2 dusts inside the pimax (directly on the LCD screen): top left and down center. Quite annoying, is it a defect? Am I the only one ? Is there a way to remove them? Thanks for your help.
Hi, as you know, LCD screen assembled in dust-free workshop. Are they on the lens or other layers?

unfortunately no, it’s not on the lens in direct contact to the eye (I wiped it again with special cloth delivered), it’s inside the pimax (behind the lens).
I got a eye lash on the top right corner of the screen. Also not on the 2 sets of lenses. Tried cleaning the top lens and then also the blue light lenses under them (didn’t help). It seems very hard to get to the screen, so I never tried. I can live with it, rather then having a faulty device.
Hi, I received my 4k yesterday and found a dust object on the other side of the lens is there way to open the unit to clean it or not?
its only on the right eye lens and in the upper right corner.

Never disassemble unit as you will lose warranty as I did. If you still feeling brave, NEVER plug it in PC while disassembled. As I did 
“another brick in the wall”…
After looking at them, one seems to be a cluster of dead pixels (black).
same problem here tooo… very annoying BIG dust spot inside in the screen… right lens lower area, its atleast 2mm big dust particle…there has to has to has to be some solution to this ???.. tried cleaning the top glasses … but no help…
pls come out with a solution pimax support… very frustrating.

After the brightness upgrade, the spot which was dead pixels is less visible.
Sorry for late reply but just caught this your post,guess what I have the same
effect but near my eyeline,could not put up with it sent back for a replacement today.
Very odd that my Pimax has a fault at near the exact date of yours mine came on the 18th of March from Gearbest,wonder if there is a faulty batch ?
