Just get in touch with the star vr one engineers , perhabs they will help you with the optics . Andy yeeah we need oled for sure .
The wider FOV is not useless on the Pimax any more than it is in real life. Binocular vision may stop at 120 degrees, but object and motion detection allow a faster reaction to threats from the periphery. If I could get one, I’d have a headset with 200 degrees of horizontalFOV. More vertical would be nice too. But the Artisan is still a good choice for gaming.
What we really need is more bandwidth between the gpu and the headset. It would be great to have 144+ HZ instead of 75.

I love it, except it’s very hard to get good focus in both eyes while wearing glasses. I’m still experimenting with it.
I ordered the Index + base stations as well, and the base stations shipped with both units set to Channel 1. That confused the heck out of me for hours until I figured out I had to change the channel.
