Dear all,

If you are having issue yesterday while connecting the headset via Pitool.
The Device Detected as Illegal popped out at the Pitool.

  1. Disconnect the HMD.
  2. Closed the Pitool application.
  3. Reboot the PC.
  4. Restart the Pitool and connect your HMD.

If the same error message still appear on your screen, please PM us the SN code of your headset. We will take a look at it.
