Is there a detailed user manual which also explained the light status of the VR?
I have got the problem, that my pimax 5k+ is flashing (light blue) and I do not know, what this is about!

Do you mean the blue chevron is flashing? If so, this means you have parallel projection enabled in PiTool.
Parallel projection is needed for some titles/engines; I leave it turned off by default and only turn it on when I come across a piece of software that clearly shows it needs the setting turned on (sort of a double vision effect). Having it enabled costs around 20-30% in performance compared to the setting being turned off.
I don’t think there is a user manual yet.
