I have SO52xx Upgrade for 5K+ owner at Nov. 1st 2019.
At Sep. 1st, I received comfirmation email and comfirmed.
There is no email / SMS for tracking number,
but I realized updated Delivery Orders on Sales Orders at store account. There is Fedex tracking No.
My 8KX already was shipped from Shanghai, now it arrived at Narita-shi JP.
I’ll receive in several days.

Oh wow, I just checked my account on the Pimax site and there is a tracking number and my headset is due to to be delivered on Thursday. Happy days. Can’t quite believe it is finally coming!

Nope nothing there either. Preordered Nov 21st 2019 but I think I got bumped to Jan 14th.

Btw I never received any tracking number or email, I found it in my order in the pimax store.

Did also not get an email but due to this thread took a look at my order page and found that my package is on the way and in Europe already. Upgrade order SO4742 from Oct 31,2019!

Well, just checked my Order SO4659 Nothing on the store re shipping. I too was a 5k+ to 8KX upgrade on Oct 30,2019.
Oh well, we’ll see. Life goes on.

Can you (or someone else) share what that looks like so I know what to look for on the order page?

Just login into store, go my account, sales order, click on your upgrade plan order SOXXXX, scroll down to “delivery order” and tracking number should be there if it got added to the order.

yup, i ordered oct 31 2019, received an email to confirm my address. Listened to Pimax say everything was either already shipped or due to ship this week and am still sitting here waiting , then they wonder why i’m unsatisfied.

yeah this is how it seems to work. they don’t actually email you when they ship it.
yeah @anon57422158 claimed everything should be shipped by friday and if that had happened i feel they would be more vocal about it.

@PimaxQuorra Is this indeed the way your order picking system works? If not, can you please explain what kind of system you are using and why my S04625 still hasn’t shipped? At least understanding it might ease some of the pain. Thanks.
