Would it have killed VR headset manufactures to provide a simple straight shot quarter inch window through headset so we can see all our button boxes without the need to beg for (unfinished and unreliable) video passthrough solutions?

Obviously, that would include a tiny door or plug for those who don’t want or need such a thing.

Is that really too much to ask?

There are a few 3rdpary add-ons if the onboard cams are not providing the xp your looking for. Which headset are you referring to?

If it is Dream Air Lighthouse models then you need a 3rdparty option.

  • Zed mini (likely pretty expensive)
  • MRGO uses web cam and is available on steam.
  • Pass through Forge dev working on an option for headsets like Pimax.
